Situated along the Arkansas River in Pueblo, the River Campus is a hub for outdoor recreation. Bike the American Bicycle Trail System, fish the Arkansas headwaters, or observe native wildlife—especially a great spot for birdwatching. This campus is also home to Colorado’s only dedicated raptor rehabilitation center, where visitors can learn about birds of prey and their role in the ecosystem. With event spaces available for weddings, reunions, and community gatherings, the River Campus blends recreation, conservation, and education in an accessible urban setting.
The Raptor Center, located within the River Campus, provides care for injured birds of prey and offers public tours and educational programs. Learn more about the Raptor Center.
