Support our Raptor Ambassadors through a symbolic adoption! Your donation will go to the care and rehabilitation of the raptors at our facility, supporting the future of these majestic wild birds and the education of the up and coming generation to ensure the raptors’ protection!
With several tiers available starting at $50, this is the perfect way to connect more deeply with our feathered friends, get personalized updates on their care, and enjoy some exclusive adoptee perks, too! Please look for your "perks package" within 30 days from your adoption start date.
Friend - $50

Advocate - $100

Defender - $250
- All Advocate benefits, plus:
- Free admission to a private raptor tour at the River Campus (scheduled in advance)
- A code to claim a complimentary NWDC Individual Membership
Champion - $500
- All Defender benefits, plus:
- Free private interpretive talk (on- or off-site) for up to 20 guests featuring your adopted raptor (available within 75 miles; extended travel possible by arrangement)
Guardian - $1,000
- All Champion benefits, plus:
- Your name is displayed on the bird’s bio at their enclosure
- Invitation to one private release experience (based on patient readiness & availability)
- Behind-the-scenes
private tour of our ICU and rehab areas

Invest in the future of raptors and the next generation of conservationists. Your adoption supports our working foster parent raptors, who raise orphaned young birds, and includes a sponsorship for a youth camper to attend Raptor Camp or Raptor Naturalist Camp.
Includes:
- Digital photo pack of our foster raptors and their bios

- End-of-year report on how many raptors were raised by fosters
- A student scholarship made in your honor (choose the camp or let us select)
- Invitation to release one of the foster birds back into the wild, a Google Meet with a foster raptor, or a presentation at a school of your choice

Please note:
- Adopt a Raptor is a symbolic adoption — your contribution supports the care of birds in our program, but the raptor remains in NWDC’s care.
- Experiences such as releases and private tours are scheduled based on bird availability, safety, and seasonal access.
- NWDC membership is not automatically included, but members are encouraged to adopt as an additional way to support our mission.
- All adoptions are valid for one year, with the option to renew.
- New ambassador birds may become available for adoption at the beginning of each calendar year.
