fall full moon bat crowLast full moon hike of 2019! Come experience the magic of a crisp autumn evening hike along the trails of the Mountain Park as October’s Full Hunter’s Moon illuminates the night sky

Hike Difficulty: Moderate

  • Dress to be outdoors on a cool evening. Wear good hiking shoes.
  • For those in good physical hiking condition.
  • Trails are generally in good condition, but do have rocky sections. Part of the hike will take place in very low light conditions.
  • Mileage (2-3 miles)
  • Moderate elevation gain.
  • This is a non-smoking hike.

*Weather Cancellation policy: In the event of inclement weather, for safety reasons we may have to cancel this event. Registered guests will be notified ASAP and refunded.

**Please note that registration is required to secure your spot. Walk-ins are welcome but are not guaranteed a spot on the hike in the event that maximum capacity has been reached. This policy ensures the safety and well-being of program participants.

A lifelong outdoorsman, David Martin (AKA Ranger Pine) has been an Environmental Educator at the Pueblo Mountain Park for the last decade. His passion is connecting people of all ages to Nature.
